A multidisciplinary and international team assembled from the PwC/PwC Legal network provided Smyths Toys Superstores (“Smyths Toys”) based in Galway (Ireland) with comprehensive advice on the acquisition of Toys “R” Us operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (“Target Companies”).
